Privacy Policy

This waitlist collects the details you submit (name, email, role, council context) plus technical metadata (IP hash, user agent) for fraud prevention and security. We use this information only to administer early access and to contact you about participation.

Data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore with access limited to the NitiCodeAI admin account. We do not sell or share waitlist data with third parties. You can request removal at any time by contacting info@xappert.ca.

If you proceed to early access, we will share updated terms and privacy details before collecting any additional information.
