Every strata lot counts
We bill the official number of strata lots in your strata plan, sold or unsold, from day one.
The plan is set for you
15 lots or fewer is Small, 16 or more is Council. A Small strata that grows past 15 lots moves to Council from the next invoice.
A 12-month term
After the trial, you commit for a year, billed monthly or prepaid. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the term, and terms renew yearly.
14-day free trial
Every feature is included and no card is needed. When the trial ends, access pauses until you choose a plan. Your data is kept.
Management companies pay for their buildings
A company gets one invoice with a line per building at the Portfolio rate. The council doesn't pay separately, so nobody is charged twice.
AI assistant included during the pilot.
For vendors
Contractors and service companies can get a verified vendor profile.
- Vendors pay these fees. Strata corporations never do, and an award fee is never added to the strata's cost.
- Paying never changes a vendor's ranking or the AI's recommendations.
